We tried playing literati a few nights ago.
Pansin nyo napaka-chatty ko sa YM. Hehehe.
Anyway, it was fun. It’s like scrabble. Unfortunately, I lost.
“EMO” is not a word it says. So does OLA, EVAL and LE. I can’t get away with it. We could always blame it on the letters. It’s always the letters. If you are given vowels A’s, I’s, O’s and U’s and just the letter V as the consonant. You use your final V, and get the another U. Haay, I always preferred Es.
She’s quite good at it because she reads more books than I do, and she topped her Scrabble class in college (yes, it’s something you can choose as an elective, apparently).
I plan to clean up the short story I am writing. I think it’s good (maybe because I wrote it). It’s about a dog and a girl and a cat and demons that walk the Earth and take lives through a diabolic bargain.
I was intending to write something about Pacquiao or New Moon but then decided I am so sick of both of them, it’s not even funny anymore.
We have only one day off. Spent it browsing the Internet only to realize nothing that interest me.
I watched 500 Days of Summer. A DVD that my sister has, I’ve heard but really no interested in seeing. It was quite nice, I’d say, but nothing that made me swoon.
I am still reading Uncle Petros and Goldbach’s Conjecture. It’s a good book, I am almost done. Found a nice quote there. why be a mediocre professional when you can bask in being an exceptional amateur [at chess] . It goes someway like that. I’ll finish it tomorrow.
I am bored. I tried to read blogs but I am so lazy. I know someday I need to toil to make something of myself but let me take this moment while it still lasts.
Who reads this blog anyway? Jeez! This is the type of posts in blogs I hate.
