Christmas day of ’09. What can I say? It is approximately 1:28 p.m. since I started this post.
Last night, I saw Blood: The Last Vampire on DVD. Beautiful visual experience but I don’t get it. It’s a movie that I probably need to check more, the original movie, the anime, the manga. I feel bad that these talented Japanese actresses are forced to read English lines and have difficulty enunciating their R’s. When they say Aris, they really mean Alice!
Why can’t they just have them speak in their normal Japanese tongues with subtitles?
I was able to see District 9 as well, and it was better than what I expected it to be. The beginning is kind of annoying, well, the protagonist was for some parts BUT it was good, good, good! I am glad I saw it.
Yes, I am playing Farmville again on Facebook. I have been playing with Meow’s account for the longest time, and now that she has her own connection at home, I can now be free from the laborious task of regularly planting and harvesting her make-believe farm on the Internet. Then I missed it. So I started from scratch and started my own Online Farm.
I got more presents in Farmville than I did in real life. That’s pathetic!
My 27th birthday is drawing close. Very close. I hate getting older. It means that I really need to put my life in perspective and a day closer to my death. It’s not that I fear old age, I just feel I am too young to be too serious.
I am 27 on Dec. 27, I like the sound of that.
I am trying to understand how to read Tarot cards. I have the Vertogo Tarot, and what is the point of having one, if you can’t interpret it well. Besides, if I really don’t fare well in my current line of work, I can just try reading cards for money. there’s very few options for the likes of me. Unless, I want to do call center work forever.
Christmas this year was not that bad. I just get sick sometimes of these children going to our house: “Merry Christmas po, mamamasko po!” Letse! Di ko kayo kilala!
