Christmas day of ’09. What can I say? It is approximately 1:28 p.m. since I started this post.

Last night, I saw Blood: The Last Vampire on DVD. Beautiful visual experience but I don’t get it.  It’s a movie that I probably need to check more, the original movie, the anime, the manga. I feel bad that these talented Japanese actresses are forced to read English lines and have difficulty enunciating their R’s. When they say Aris, they really mean Alice!

Why can’t they just have them speak in their normal Japanese tongues with subtitles?

I was able to see District 9 as well, and it was better than what I expected it to be. The beginning is kind of annoying, well, the protagonist was for some parts BUT it was good, good, good! I am glad I saw it.

My sister is watching DVD. It stars Bea Alonzo and Sam Milby.

I hate Spam Milby, I am disgusted by him. Nakakainis sya, naiirita ako sa kanya. Dapat sila magsama ni Richard Gutierrez. Naiirita ako sa kanila! Letse sila.

Wooh! Now that’s out of my system, we can move on to something better to talk about… like how much I hate vampires right now… and werewolves. I hate New Moon, Twilight, Vampire Diaries and True Blood. I am sick of seeing Edward on posters. I hate seeing Jacob on FB. I hate how people are talking all the time about vampires.

I get annoyed when people whine and they complicate their lives.

I really like boring. I don’t like shaking things up. I tell that to people. I don’t grow up because I want things nice and simple, no conflict.

Just Happy.

That is my take on what would make a perfect society. The world I want with little if no complication is one for the books. You cannot control everything. Even if you think you’re not hurting people, you still do.

Sasha, the puppy with the bad case of ADHD has grown up and gave birth to puppies, five puppies. I wonder how those little fat things ever fit Sasha’s small frame.

Our house always had dogs.

I like dogs. Meow even likens me to a dog.

One night on my way home, I saw a truck carrying stray dogs. The idea of what would happen to them if no one claims them breaks my heart.

I hate irresponsible dog owners.

I hate our neighbors.

Finally, I am blogging again.

Long story. Because I do not like paying anymore, I decided to quit my paid webhost. Then, I decided to use a free host that, I later learned, disabled SMTP connection, which is used by Akismet that I love because I hate SPAM, then I got annoyed that I was getting too many spam.

Then because there are site issues with my registrar, I go too lazy to contact them to manually configure my DNS servers (but I still love them). So here I am now. I was planning to try Joomla but I got confused by the interface, so I installed wordpress again. And Akismet works well here! And it’s free!

I had technical problems  (not to be too redundant). Work (I always blame work). I waste too much time working, I’d rather stare at the wall than work. Meow’s dad died. She was very close to her dad. She’s not very close to her mom . Actually, her mom doesn’t like her. So it does happen. It’s a story that would probably make a cheezy telenovela. She ran away and nobody looked for her. We looked for a house and she ended up with her friend for now. We plan to be housemates next year. Housemates because we are wholesome.

Yes! I still have a job. I am a voice writer/editor but because I am not very good at voice writing, I am more into the editing and stuff. I am actually fairly good at it considering that I am a newbie and my annoyingly bad written blog (but of course they do NOT read my blog).

I have so many stories to tell. I have been creating drafts in my mind but it has evaded me.

I haven’t blogged for two weeks, I think.

Work, then the typhoon Ondoy and then work again, then I decided that I no longer want to renew my webhosting because I don’t want to pay considering this blog does not consume too much space and bandwidth to begin with. Free Hostia, so far has been good. And they give you email tech support even if you are with the free service.

I still plan to make this blog like how it was before, I am able to back up some posts but unable to back up on my templates, and all those other things. I am just too lazy to set it up. But I will soon.

My new job as a voice writer is starting to get to me. And I no longer miss doing tech support, I realized that as much as I like helping people out if they are nice, I reminded myself about ridiculous QA guidelines like customer education (“tell them what the modem lights are for,” or explain everything you do even if the end user is not even remotely interested), unprofessionalism (they hector you for saying slang even if non-offensive) and other stuff when you know you really did a good job. Of course, I don’t like taking calls everyday.

Going back to voice writing, I am not sure if I will be a voice writer. If I don’t make it, I will be a scopist. That’s wahat they call people who clean up a voice writer’s work.

Dito muna, still need to catch some sleep.

Been busy with work and all those stuff.

It was my first day. I am now a voice writer/editor. Well, it’s not the dream job I wanted but it is a pleasant departure from the jobs that I had before.

There were only thirteen of us in training and the first half of the day was spent on lengthy discussions about the company and the policies and they invited people from BPI and Intellicare (our HMO). It was dreadfully boring but rather than writing about the details that I am certain will bore the very few irregular people who read this blog, let’s just do the things that normally consume my mind when I am bored and that is… MAKING FUN OF OTHER PEOPLE!
