BOOKS I AM READING (or by my bed, gathering dust):
Di na pala ako masyado nagbabasa ng libro. Nabo-bobo na ako. At naka-queue lahat ng mga yan!
Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell by Susanna Clarke. So far so good.
Renaissance Faire – a collection of short stories with at least something about the faire.
The Complete Illustrated Stories of Hans Christian Andersen. I have had that beside my bed for sometime now and I haven’t finished reading his tales, not really in the mood these days to read any fairy tales.
The Last Battle ni CS Lewis. I intend to read soon.
Necronomicon by HP Lovecraft, a short story collection of really dark quality. Medyo makapal. Intindihin nyo na lang pag binasa ko yun ng tuloy-tuloy, parang binalot ko sarili ko ng karimlan.
Mystery ni Peter Straub, nasimulan ko na. Tinatamad ako tapusin. I think I am gonna be giving up reading it.
My girlfriend lend Complete Hitchhiker’s Guide by Douglas Adams (currently on Book 2). And for some reason I am lazy to read the book, it’s in the drawer for now. I really liked the first volume.
Di ko pa rin tapos yung Red Dust ni Ma Jian kasi nakakabagot tapusin, siguro 1/16th na lang kinatatamaran ko pa.
Due to obsessive compulsion, I bought (for a very, very low price) Shakespeare’s Much Ado about Nothing along with Robert Louis Stevenson’s Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. I might just read it soon. Still sealed in plastic.
